Quality Analyst/Tester & Client Support executive

Job Summary CAMS has an urgent opening for the position of Quality analyst/tester & client support executive, with 2 years experience. Profile Details : * Should work with exploratory testing, not just working to test plans, comfortable across a whole range of functional and cross-functional testing, testing multi-tier web-based applications. * Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking when developing tests. * Understanding of full life cycle development right from the requirements gathering to delivery. * Ability to triange failures, identify root-cause, and define corrective actions. * Feel comfortable working closely with developers, business and other quality analysts and clients in a highly collaborative environment. * You will be required to coordinate with client on queries. Eligibility : * Experience in Testing (manual and automation) of software applications. * Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages like JavaScript, basic Java / .Net development environment, ability to write simple code to test applications. * Experience with coordinating with client. * Knowledge in automation tools will be added as advantage.
